Privacy

You may browse and access information contained within this website without providing any personal information. Where you voluntarily provide personal information (for example, through online forms or email newsletters), The New Zealand Toy Distributors Association(here after called the NZTDA) will only use that information for the specific purpose stated. The NZTDA will keep any such information secure and will not disclose it to any third parties.

Security

When personal information is collected The NZTDA takes reasonable steps to keep that information secure and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Please note however that total security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as being completely secure. Hence, we cannot guarantee and we do not warrant the security of information transmitted to us over the Internet and you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

Email newsletters

You will receive email newsletters from The NZTDA if you have expressly signed up for a newsletter on The NZTDA website or have supplied your email address to us by other means for that purpose. You may unsubscribe to a newsletter service at any time using the unsubscribe link within each email sent by The NZTDA. The information we hold from subscribers to our email newsletters is not shared with other parties.

Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act

Under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 that came in effect on September 05, 2007 you must provide your consent to receive promotional emails. When you register and join e-newsletter lists on www.nztda.org.nz we take this as an indication and acknowledgement that you would like to receive emails from us about The NZTDA, and any special events. At any stage you may elect to opt out of our mailing list by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Visitor tracking

This website has been designed to automatically issue a 'cookie' to visitors, and visitors' cookie details are subsequently logged alongside visitor navigation throughout the website. This information is used to analyse overall visitor activities on the website, such as the number of repeat visitors, length of time spent on the website, and navigation throughout the website. We also use cookies in emails and within online member profiles to personalise content and track the interest of readers in our articles.
